How can I pay?
You can easily pay via PayPal, Stripe or a regular bank transfer.
If you follow all the steps in the booking process, you will be automatically directed to the correct payment portal. -
When do I have to pay?
When making a reservation, you must pay immediately.
Do you book within 30 days before the check-in date?
Then you pay the full amount at once.Do you book more than 30 days before arrival?
Then you pay 25% of the total amount as a deposit.The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the check-in date.

Does canceling cost money?
Yes, for reservations made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 25% of the total travel price applies. In case of cancellation, this deposit remains due and will not be refunded.
Cancellation is possible at any time, but therefore involves cancellation fees.

I left things in the cottage. Can you send that?
Every week we find several forgotten or lost items in our holiday homes. Although we understand that it can be frustrating to leave something behind, we would like to inform you that we are unfortunately unable to send lost and found items by post.
Lost and found objects are kept for three months. During this period you are welcome to pick up your belongings by appointment. After three months, all unrecasted items are thrown away or donated to charity.

How do I get the key?
After booking you will receive an online check-in form. Once you have completed this, you will have access to the guest portal. Here you will find all the information about check-in, the Wi-Fi code, parking options and more – all clearly arranged in one place. So handy!

Can I check in earlier?
Early check-in is not possible.
We manage many cottages that need to be thoroughly cleaned between 10:00 and 15:00. This makes it difficult to check in earlier. We therefore ask you to leave home on time, so that we have enough time to prepare everything for you.

Can I check in later?
Check-in is possible between 15:00/16:00 and 21:00. If you wish to arrive later, you can do so until 23:00 at the latest, if notified in advance. For this we charge €25, to be paid on arrival. After 23:00, check-in is unfortunately no longer possible.
For houses with self-check-in (key code):
You can check in independently until 23:00 at the latest. After that, the code expires.Why these times?
Arriving with rolling suitcases and luggage just brings noises. We don’t want to bother our neighbors. -
Can I check out later?
Unfortunately, checking out later is not possible. We manage several cottages that need to be thoroughly cleaned on the day of departure for the next guests. That’s why we need the full time from 10:00 am to get everything ready on time.

I have a cottage where I can check in myself, when will I get the code sent?
You will receive the access code fifteen minutes before check-in time by text message and via the guest portal

What time should I be out of the cottage?
All cottages must be left before 10:00 on the day of departure

Where can I park cheaply in Zandvoort?
The most space and the cheapest to park is on the boulevard, parking lot De Zuid and in the center in parking garage LDC.

Can I bring my dog?
At most cottages your dog is very welcome. However, there are rules for dogs in the house.

Does taking a dog cost extra money?
Yes, for a dog we charge a surcharge. A pet just brings some extra dirt and smell, and we want to make the cottage fresh and clean for every guest.

How much does it cost to bring a dog?
The surcharge for a dog varies per cottage. During the booking process, you can indicate that you are bringing a dog. You will then immediately see what the costs are for this.

What nature projects do you support?
We support Stichting De Noordzee. That is why we donate 0.5% of your reservation amount to this foundation. This way you automatically contribute to a cleaner and healthier sea
